You can buy items at the different shops present at each faction HQ.

The prices are listed in a sticky in each shop's forum.

You can sell items at shops for half the price you paid them (rounded down). The shopkeeper (an admin) will tell you the exact price.

Please take note that you can buy items at every shop, no matter what faction you're in...

Also, remember that each time a faction sells you something, the cash goes in this faction's money. The faction money won't go down if the shop buys something from you.
